  • à un courtier en données ;
  • à un autre service publicitaire ;
  • à un prestataire afin de constituer des profils publicitaires externes ;
  • à un tiers afin de cibler des personnes en dehors de Pinterest ;
  • à un prestataire d’intelligence artificielle afin d’entraîner un modèle général ;

  • Demandes de contact : jusqu’à 3 ans après le dernier échange ;
  • Prospects : jusqu’à 3 ans après le dernier contact actif ;
  • Données d’essai gratuit : jusqu’à 3 ans après le dernier contact, sauf souscription ;
  • Clients abonnés : durée du contrat puis archivage selon les obligations applicables ;
  • Données de facturation iNrCy : durée légale applicable ;

Pinterest exception

Unless expressly authorised by Pinterest – in particular where a specific rule applicable to certain campaign analytics data permits it – iNrCy does not permanently retain an independent copy of the information obtained via the Pinterest Materials or the Pinterest API.

  • profile information retrieved from Pinterest; ;
  • les tableaux Pinterest récupérés depuis Pinterest ;
  • board information retrieved from Pinterest; ;
  • les épingles ou informations d’épingles récupérées depuis Pinterest ;

Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the site.

28

  • depuis les paramètres du logiciel iNrCy lorsque cette option est disponible ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte Google ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte YouTube ou du compte Google associé ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte TikTok ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte LinkedIn ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte Pinterest ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte Trustpilot lorsque ce service le permet ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte Facebook ;
  • depuis les paramètres du compte Instagram ;

  • respecter une obligation légale ;
  • assurer la facturation ;
  • conserver une preuve nécessaire ;
  • assurer la sécurité ;
  • traiter un litige ;

  • iNrCy stops using the connection in question to make further API calls on behalf of the user; ;
  • Pinterest features requiring this login may stop working.
  • the corresponding authentication elements are invalidated, deleted or rendered unusable in accordance with the applicable technical operation; ;
