A subscription to the iNrCy software entitles the customer to:

• a limited right of use; ;
• non-exclusive ;
• inalienable ;
• non-transferable ;
• valid only for the duration of the subscription, trial or granted access.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to the client.

The user is prohibited from any copying, reproduction, resale, renting, making available, decompilation, extraction or attempted appropriation of the software, its interfaces, its methods or its technical components.

Depending on the package taken out, iNrCy may offer the sale, hire or provision of websites.

Website sale

In the event of a sale, the customer shall become the owner of the delivered website, excluding any licensed components, tools, scripts, methods, templates, infrastructure or proprietary iNrCy technologies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rental or provision of a website

In the event of hire or provision, the structures, developments, technical elements, devices, models, methods and components remain the exclusive property of iNrCy.

The customer has a limited right of use for the duration of the contract or subscription.

No transfer of ownership takes place in the event of rental or making available.

Professionals operating a website provided, sold, let or made available by iNrCy are solely responsible for:

• published content ;
• of the accuracy of the information displayed; ;
• of legal and regulatory compliance; ;
• legal notices ;
• privacy policies ;
• cookies and trackers ;
• forms ;
• data collected from their visitors; ;
• offers, prices, services and commercial information presented.

iNrCy acts as a technical service provider, developer, maintenance provider, administrator, hosting provider or subcontractor, depending on the service in question.

The website, the software and the iNrCy generators may interact with third-party services, including Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft, messaging services, payment tools, artificial intelligence tools, hosting services, APIs and connected platforms.

iNrCy shall not be held liable for:

iNrCy does not guarantee the accuracy, compliance, completeness or commercial performance of content generated by artificial intelligence.

The user remains solely responsible for the content they approve, publish, send or use in the course of their activities.

iNrCy processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the GDPR, and the French Data Protection Act.
